Senior Associate

Prior to joining Ballast Point Ventures in 2022, Ryan worked as an Associate at Crosstree Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking firm based in Tampa, Florida. While at Crosstree, Ryan assisted in providing sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory services to companies in the pharma services, diagnostics and tools, and digital health sectors. Before Crosstree, he worked as an Analyst in the M&A group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, Georgia.
